RML Capital was founded by Richard M. Lynn in 2006. Over the past 20 years, Mr. Lynn has been responsible for originating, underwriting and structuring first and second mortgages from $1 million to over $100 million on commercial real estate transactions with direct lenders, correspondent life insurance companies, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and HUD. Throughout his career, Mr. Lynn has been involved in the funding of over $1 billion in commercial real estate products consisting of various sources of capital.
